Previous incidents

We observed that ~15% of all SDGE onboarding processes are failing. Affected users cannot complete SDGE utility authorization and are redirected to the error page.

We've released an attempt to fix this issue, we'll monitor if it's working.

Connect is now back online and running smoothly.

We will continue to monitor closely, and further investigate the root cause.
