As part of our ongoing maintenance operations, Leap will be upgrading its databases. During this time, some Leap services will experience planned downtime. The last one in this series is Leap Connect.
Leap Connect will be unavailable during the maintenance window, which is scheduled for:
📅 January 14, 2026
- 04:00 AM – 05:00 AM US Eastern (EST)
- 01:00 AM – 02:00 AM US Pacific (PST)
This maintenance window was intentionally selected to optimize for a low traffic period. Actual downtime in the production environment is estimated to be about ~15 minutes.
More specifically, the following functionality will be unavailable:
- Leap Connect APIs
- Leap Connect utility authorization flows (PG&E, SCE, SDG&E, etc.). This means that your customers will not be able to start any authorization flows.
- Connect Tab in the Partner Portal
